This is a video of me while I was in hard labor with Laurel Jade, not long before I started pushing. I am wearing my swimsuit in the birthing tub. It was not as easy as it looks. Remember, I did not have any drugs during labor. I used Hypnobirthing techniques to help me be more comfortable. I wanted to share it so others could get an Idea of what natural labor can really be like. My Hypnobirthing instructor/doula was my sister Fiona Judd (you can see her helping me stay cool).
